The mission of the LCE VERG is to serve as a strategic partner in cultivating a culture of diversity and inclusion through continuous learning. This group is dedicated to advancing the understanding and inclusion of employees with similar backgrounds, interests, and goals, while aligning its vision, mission, goals, and activities with those of LCE. The VERG serves as a valuable mechanism for various initiatives, including assisting in the referral and hiring of veteran employees, offering support to veteran family members and friends, establishing programs aligned with LCE’s goals, providing recognition and support for employee growth, and aiding managers in finding innovative solutions to challenges. Through shared experiences and a commitment to professional development, the LCE VERG creates a supportive community for veteran employees, ultimately contributing to the success of our clients, community, and company as a whole.
